NELEX - National Electronic Labour Exchange is a service designed to facilitate Job Exchange processes for Nigerians. Over the days, we will unfold NELEX stage by stage. NELEX promises to bring a new perspective to Job Exchange operations being regularly conducted by the Federal Ministry of Labour, Nigeria. NELEX is an initiative of the Federal Ministry of Labour and currrently facilitated and designed by DabarObjects Solutions Limited.

NELEX at its core is designed to help the Federal Ministry of Labour gather resumes from relevant candidates across the nation

NELEX was built on the idea that an employer does not need to spend hours trying to voice out their recruitment needs. At the thought of what job roles they need, they can simply push it to nelex as brief as possible and NELEX does its best to stream it realtime to candidates both on thier handsets and browser screens. NELEX uses up to date web/mobile technologies to bring interactive data content to both candidates and employers. Candidates and Employers can watch in real time as both sides responds to their requests This should facilitate communication between both worlds.
